Bilstein coilover conversion kit, anyone tried these?

Friend at work picked up a sweet 97 5spd 4wd the other day for a song, came with 5100's front and rear, with OME springs in the back.

He was looking at this kit, and wanted to know if they are any good. I figured someone may have used them at some point.

Good/Bad? Any issues with the conversion itself?

Its the Eibach adjustable coils. Its pretty much the coilover kit without the shocks. So yes they are good and yes people use them.
