Bilstein Lifts Kit fixed

So I ordered a lift kit from Bilstein Lifts for our 06 T4R SR5 4.0 4WD. I got the one with the 5100s front and rear shocks and the 2.2 inch lift rear springs.
I had the shocks set on the third ring up but that made it worse. With it set on the lowest ring I am still over a 1/2 inch higher in the front than back.Dont know why.
I searched thru this site but can only find great results with members using this system.
I been trying to contact Bilstein Lifts but you can only email them. They dont have a number to call.
Really sux.
I need to get this figured out.
I am fixing the truck up for my 16 yo son.
We bought the truck new in 06 .
I told him I would fix it up for him if he made the honor roll and he did.
Trying to make it his truck not his moms.
Wife has a 2018 now.
Any help or insight would be great .
Thanks Joe

Thanks for the help cups were upside down.

Can you take a pic of the assembled strut/spring up front? Common issue is that people install the spring seat upside down, leading to way more lift than expected and the truck (CV's, etc) can really handle.
