Bilstene 5100 and lift questions!

Okay guys hoping I can get some help with suspension, I have a 054runner currently with ole man emus struts and coils giving it about 3 inches of lift total. The struts have almost 100k miles on them now and wanting to replace them. I looking into bilstene 5100s and for the price they have really good reviews. My only question is will it affect my lift at all and will it bolt right up using the ole man emu coils? Thanks to anyone who can help!

I switched my ome nitros for 5100s w/ ome 886 coils on my v8. It handles to coils surprisingly better & its longer too so I can run through the rough stuff without bottoming out. I like it much better than the nitros. They say 5100s cannot dampen that much spring rate & lift but it works for mine. Ive blown ome nitros before but never the bilsteins, I may upgrade or get newer ones eventually, I bought it back in 2010 for my tacoma.

I have the exact same set up as RaceTRaCk. I like it just make sure you set the fronts at 0" if you have 886. I didn't know that and it puts a lot of stress on stuff. They ride very nicely yet I can't compare to the nitros since I,ve never had them. If you do do that make sure to do a zero point calibration.
