I have noticed that a little bit of oil comes into the TB from the vacuum line just after the silencer and in front of the intake. Similar to this post (hose coming in from the side on the first and second pictures):

It's not real bad. Here's a shot inside the top plenum:
I don't know when the last time the TB was taken off. It doesn't show anywhere on the Toyota maintenance logs, and I'm sure that all the work I've had done on it the shops wouldn't have need to take it of. Looks pretty clean to me for 200,000 miles.
Thought I'd try and add a filter to try to keep the TB cleaner into the future just for good measure. Anyone else try this? In that same post I mentioned about, it is said that later models have a filter here. Is there a part number for that? Thought I'd try and rig something like this up:
