Should fit a 2005 without issues. Also these look like the same lights that Burtman sells. I think he had a group rate going on so check his website.
 
oh yeah, because Jason sells the one with the orange reflector it is DOT approved. The one you linked is NOT DOT approved. Some people it doesn't matter to them, others it may.

I didn't say anything about DOT approval, my personal opinion is orange reflector is better. By the way, the lights I got from Jason have DOT sign.
 
The one that Jason selling in his website is made by Aftermarket Company especially for 4Runner with orange reflector and they have all necessary approval to be legal in US and Canada. I think Jason could give more specific info on those headlights.
 
According to Burtman, YES, the ones he sells are DOT approved headlights. Moreover, it is stamped on the clear front part of the housing too. He also commented to me that the manufacturer of the ones he sells also makes the OEM ones and they are exact clones of each other. After installing them, I would agree, the fit is absolutely PERFECT. But, I don't like the beam pattern, it's nowhere near like the original housings. I tweaked the vert and horiz screws many times and can't get the same good spread. So I painted my OEM ones black like iForce did, and they came out great. I'm not trying to trash the Burtman ones here, I just think people outta know the truth before they buy. I know someone else here in the forum that has/had the same problem, but he doesn't mind it so much. Maybe I'm just picky..?!

As soon as it gets cold I'll be able to re-install my OEM ones and have the Burtman ones for sale at a discount. If anyone is interested, let me know.

Wow, so bad? Could you a couple pictures of beam pattern with Jasons headlights before you remove them and with original ones? I'm sure many people here would like to see the difference in pattern against the garage door and on open road.
 
Ok, I'll see what I can do for ya.. I know that my opinion is nothing w/o the proof. I'll get that done as soon as the weather warms up a little bit... (I broke a couple plastic clips while installing the aftermarket ones, I believe it was because it was so damn cold outside).
 
I think I remember reading other posts of people having issues with trying to get the non OEM lights adjusted properly.
 
Yeah, they're a bitch to adjust, but I didn't stay at a holiday inn last night either... so who knows. I'll try to get some pics up within the next week and you guys can decide for yourselves.
