Black Halo Projector Headlights with LEDs

I know these have been brought up a lot in numerous threads but I still have a couple of questions after going through many other threads. How is the quality of these lights in terms of how is the light output? Also, does the light appear white like the stock lights or a blue-ish color. I am asking about these lights WITHOUT the HID conversion. Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide this information.
