Black Lug Nuts?

they say black painted finish, I suppose that would last till they were used. Definitely what I want though, a dull black is best.

If you want the matte black lug nuts Rays or Muteki are the ones to buy.
 
that is a good sign, sounds like someone makes them, get them from where? do you know which ones I would need exactly? Thanks for all the info guys

Ok so looking into these further, the stock lugs are really weird, they are not acorn style, I am guessing this has to do with the hub centric vs lug centric, so i need stock stlye black lug nuts, anyone have any other suggestions?

if u notice on the factory lugs, they have a washer on it, get some matching ones that have the washer, 12 x 1.50 is the size.
 
urrgh

this is so frustrating, the McGard will work, but 24 lugs are not worth 60 bucks at all! At most i'd probly pay half that or 40... Nobody's had luck with anything else?:(

1) If you are going with the stock wheels; they are hub centric. You will need to find the lugs with the washer/shaft. I have not seen any that are black.
2) The "acorn" style will not work on factory and/or hub-centric wheels. Only after market and/or lug-centric wheels.
3) The black lugs are a waste of $$$; they can not with stand the on & off of a wrench. I few tire rotations and/or taking on & off and the paint just chips/peels right off.

*** I know they look good and your can get them in lots of cool colors. I been there and done that. If you install and never have to remove them then you're ok. Otherwise, if you really take a look at all the guys who have black wheels on this forum - you will see all have the chrome lugs (whether its stock or after market wheels). 2cents...
