Black out kits for TRD sport

Hello.

I have an army green Trd sport coming. 17 days.

Got my pewter Elis knob coming.

Now I’m looking at blackout kits. Does anyone know if the Emblem in the front is the same size as the SR5?

I’m thinking about these.

The TRD on the side would be covered, but the “sport” wouldn’t.

Maybe a cheaper route.

Okay your killing me with the "TRD Sport". 4Runners do not have a sport model, the Tacoma does. 4Runner models are either SR5, Off-Road, or Pro. All are available in premium editions.

Your not finding a black overlay for "sport" in a 4Runner model because 4Runners do not have "sport" on them.

this is my second 4Runner (owned a white 16 sr5).

Given how new this model is, I don't think anyone knows if the 4Runner's "sport" lettering is the exact same size as the Sequioa's. From a logistics point of view, it would make perfect sense for Toyota to make it the same, but you might be the guinea pig to confirm it. However for an immediate solution, I think plastidipping the emblems is the least questionable and would guarantee success.

All the black out kits you showed will work for your car except for maybe the sequoia one. When I bought my off road I ordered the black out kit for an sr5 and just removed the emblems on the pillar. I didn’t want to spend the extra money and I prefer the cleaner look anyways.

I have long considered debadging on various vehicles I’ve owned but at the end of the day, it makes it look like it’s been in an accident and the body shop couldn’t order all the parts to fix it. Go blackout.

Ooops my bad! Always wondered why the other Toyota offerings had sport models but not the 4Runner, guess they fixed that.
