Blacked License Plate Frame and No Rattle Help

Can anyone suggest where to buy a good pair of all black license plate frames? And is there any thread on tips to eliminate the rattle of plates when you close the tailgate? With only 2 screws on the top, its not totally solid...and all my fixes have only been temporary. thanks

are you sure the plate is installed correctly on the frame? then add some speaker carpet to the back of the plate and you wont have rattles, i run 2 15s and have no rattles.
