Blower motor never shuts off??

Hi guys, I have a 2000 ltd, and I wanted to ask if this is normal, that when I turn off the a/c,heat controls, the blower motor still seems to be running on low, I just wanted to ask, maybe the motor or the resistor is going, or maybe toyota built it this way, anyways, if anyone can help me with this, I would trully appreciate it,,,thank you,,,Josef,,,,,,

mine does it too, its normal. Just switch it to recirc and you wont notice it.

I'll second that, I have been caught a few times on that. "Wtf, fan still running?" Ah, rear fan was running.

Thanks guys, you were right, I didnt realize it, but it was the rear fan, thank you, the noise was driving me nuts, a little embarrased, but my problem is solved,,,,thanks again,,,,,Josef,,,,
