Blown Head Gasket!

Man I just did my timing chain a few weeks earlier!

It started to idle bumpy, then got worse, I started my way back home, then it sounded different (engine sound) when I hit the gas petal.

Then I started to get "smoke" (steam) out of my exhaust....

Once I got some I started pulling my spark plug holes. I used my flashlight to look inside. I SAW GREEN IN #3 CYLINDER!!!

I turned the key on to turn the motor over and out shoots antifreeze! ;\

Well today I started to rip the car apart...AGAIN!!!

I thought it was quite interesting when I removed my oil pan plug, pure green water flowed out of the oil pan.....acouple cups of it! Finally oil started to come out also. I guess oil floats ontop of water so the water came out first ;\... Amazing weird sight for me lol...

Any tips for me?
I need to start taking the EFI and intake off, how would I go about doing it?

Also Ive seen pictures with the head removed but timing sprocket still attached and guides still poking up, how is that possible? I dont want the chain falling off the crank sprocket or Id have to remove the timing chain cover again! That is the part that scares me the most, if I screw up the timing chain.

Any input please!

Have fun and take tons of pics. Label all the vaccum hoses, bag and label all the nuts and bolts. Good Luck.

Just a couple things to watch for. When the timing chain guides
break the chain "machines" a hole in the timing cover which will fill the crankcase with coolant. Did you remove the head to do
timing chain? If so watch for carboned head bolts which would have given faulty or false head bolt torque.

forgot to mention, when pulling the head, go into right side kick
panel and disconnect wire harness from ecm. Then pull harness
through firewall and lay over intake manifold. this will avoid the need to disconnect every plug on engine. dont forget coolant bypass hose behind timing cover.
