I don't know about LA but here in Texas where I live you have blue HID lights you will get stoped right away you would need a 4300K or 5000K HID with projector lens.

I was told that this were good but I still went with HID 5000K.

Are you talking about replacing marker lights with blue LEDs (I believe you will also need to install white sunglasses and a bro lift,) or just going with a higher color temp on your headlights? Because if you go too high on the color temp, you will significantly degrade the performance of your headlights. Going with a true HID will give you some better lighting, but every other driver will think you're a dick if you don't do a proper conversion with the correct projector.
My $0.02? Don't do it. Installing a higher color temp halogen bulb will give you "bluer" lighting, but degrade performance. Install HID bulbs with a stock reflector, and you will be a menace to society (and need to install ballasts - I assume that's what you meant by "blastic" - so not plug and play.) If you need better lighting performance, install some auxiliary LED lighting and use only when there isn't other traffic on the road.
If you're just after looks, feel free to install a halogen bulb with a higher color temp and deal with worse performance. If you go to HIDs, you will need to do a proper conversion with the proper projector - I believe [MENTION=78705]jangoforhire[/MENTION] and [MENTION=51186]philsey[/MENTION] (among others) have done proper conversions and could offer some tips.

If you are just looking at keeping the halogen bulbs get a set of silverstars and be done with it. In reality just keep the stock bulbs.
If you want better performance, go full HID retro fit. And bulb temp should be between 4500K-5000K for best light output. As you go higher in temp you lose light output and it looks plain stupid seeing someone drive down the road with purple lights that don't throw useable light on the road.
I personally went with a Nissan FX45 Bi-Xenon Projector with Denso Ballast and Phillips Bulbs. Light output is wicked crazy and it doesn't blind anyone. The cutoff is amazing and still have good color flicker.
Also check out HID Planet if you need more questions answered.

haha around here it is a civic or beat-up acura, with a fart can exhaust, unevenly lowered with a torch. with an awesome shocker sticker and tow hooks.

Thanks for all the input. What is the brightest bulbs that I can by that don't need anything to retrofit or bulbs that want get to hot and melt things. She like me with a leveling kit gets bright lighted all the time because they think we are on high beam when we are still on low beam.

Because you haven't adjusted your headlights down properly? Might want to aim them before you worry about changing colors.

The easiest way to accomplish what you're looking for is to have something written on your front windshield in Olde English font: "Thug Life" or "How I'm Livin'" should do the trick. Make sure that you also add a cartoon of Calvin pissing on your least-favorite sports team. Mission accomplished! :flamethrwoer2:
Actually, these guys have gone easy on you.
Don't get the USA standard silver star, they are a whiter color than stock, but you will get reduced lighting output.
You have H11 bulbs now. Instead do an H9 bulb swap, you'll get more lumens and a whiter color than the stock bulbs. And Like others have stated, lower your headlight aim if you have a lift.
There is a thread around here about the H9 bulbs, you can google it or search it. Also, if you don't actually want HIDs, check out some of the great information on candlepower.com.

OP, you're getting brighted because your lights aren't aimed right after your leveling kit. They're up in the sky and in oncoming drivers eyes instead of pointed at the road where they belong. Aim your lights and your nighttime visibility will improve, no douchestastic colored bulbs required.
