here's the issue, I am having constant quality issues with my phone connected over Bluetooth. It sounds like a record skipping sometimes. Doesn't happen all the time but it goes into spurts where it is very frequent. Occasionally I see the radio say disconnected and then connected. I have tried everything. I have also heard that apple has been having an issues with the 7 and 7+ bluetooth chips so I really cant tell if its an apple software update issue or if its the actual radio. I have disconnected the phone and reconnected it, deleted device and re added it, replaced the actual phone, and put the radio back to factory. My only move next is to replace the factory unit. I need to know if someone else has also been having the same issue I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The issue is on the iphone side. It happens with mine (iphone 7+). Frankly the only way to be rid of it for now is to connect via USB.

I'm having the same issue. Seems to be on the phone side. I also get this weird thing where I jump in my car, turn on the bluetooth audio, and the song is automatically fast forwarding, playing fast like its sped up. No way to stop it. Tried everything to fix it and the only thing that worked was to reset the phone. Its a 7+.

same thing happens to me, if you pause the song on the phone and hit play again it will fix itself.

Thought I tried that and it didn't work but I'll give it another go.

Same issue. What I do is get in my car, turn it on, and then flip bluetooth off then back on on my phone. Takes about 30 seconds, and it's super annoying, but it works.

Yep; definitely an iOS issue. My BT worked flawlessly until I got my 7+. I swear it happens over bumps. I feel like I'm in middle/high school, listening to a spinning CD.

I have an Iphone 7+. I've have the same issues with the Bluetooth in my 4runner. Same issues from the Iphone 6+ as well. Both phones work flawlessly in my civic. 4runner also has an audio delay when watching a video. Only in the 4runner though. I don't think its the Iphone TBH. Just a thought.
