Board clock time zones not correct?

I had to set my time zone to +4hrs Atlantic time and now after the daylight saving time set it to +3hrs Brazil time. On every other board I am set to +5 hours Eastern time and even with the time change is still correct.

It's possible the servers hosting these message boards were not properly patched with a DTS fix. As you may know, congress in their infinite wisdom changed the timeframe for the Daylight Savings Time so now it starts 3 weeks earlier and ends one week later. Let me say this screwed with IT folks probably worse than Y2K if you ask me.

To resurrect this thread, I have what looks to be a 2 hour and 15 minute discrepancy between real central time and the forum's central time. What gives?
