Well I finally installed my 1.5" body lift so that gives me 4.5" lift total...im about to pull the trigger and order the toyo MTs 275/65/20 wich is 34.5" tall and 11" wide. I am also planning on ordering the spidertraxx 1.25" wheel spacer to try and prevent a little rubbing but im not sure if it will create more or prevent it so if it creates more i may end up selling them so if any one is interested in some let me know...pictures to come soon

The Spidertax will make the tires rub a little but it's not that big of deal. I had 4Wheel Parts just do a small lift on mine as well as spacers and they had to trim a small portion off the front. I also had them take off the mud flaps.

Did you have your 4R lifted already and then added the body lift?

Nice!! Cant wait to see the pics! :hungry:

Look forward to the pics!!! I've been playing with the idea of a body lift, just wanted to see it with stock bumpers first. Did you do the install yourself of have it done?

yes I had the toytec 3/2 lift then I added the body lift..I knew a guy that is a mechanic and he helped me with it.. it isnt that hard at all just time consuming and you need to have the right tools..I should be ordering the tires sometime next week I cant wait

yes i did have to do the steering wheel spacer and the radiator drop kit..i think this hardest thing for the whole kit was the steering wheel spacer

If you can, could you give a little more insight into the steering wheel spacer....that's the only thing I'm worried about when I do mine. Thanks!!

I did my BL without any prior experience, just followed some ol' 4Crawler website instructions, although mine's a 3rd Gen, this should give you a basic idea as to what's involved when doing the steering extension.

Before jacking up your truck for BL installation:

1. Get a marker and mark both the splined part of the steering shaft and the clamp..just for reference

2. Remove the two nuts & bolts from the steering shaft right on the rag joint(rag joint is the rubber material that absorbs any vibration)

3. Just loosen the bolt that clamps the splined steering shaft

4. Loosen the bolt on the tranny shift link

Insert the BL pucks, then insert the steering shaft extension puck last.

Use the supplied longer bolts for the steering shaft extension, make sure the mark on the steering shaft and the clamp lines up, move the tranny shift link bolt abit to the left towards the tranny then tighten everything back in reverse order.

Pics just for reference:
