Does anyone know where I can get a lower passenger side front door outside molding. It is for a 03 4runner ltd gold in color. I rubbed it on the side of my utility trailer and it left about a 6 inch scrape/indentation. Has anybody tried to fix one of these? Any help would be great!

Its called cladding and its repairable if you are skilled at doing so and have the resources to do it.

Otherwise, you can order it from Partznet for around $300. It comes painted. You will also need clips and some 3M double sided foam tape. The guys at Partznet were able to help me with the part #'s for the clips.

To remove the cladding, you need to heat the panel to 120 with a hair dryer and pull it off. Some clips will break, there is no avoiding it.

thank you for your help. i will take it to a body shop asap and if they cannot fix i will order new. the dealership wants $647.00 plus tax for the part. can you believe that! thanks again.
