Body mounts shot??? Or am I missing something?

So I pulled the stock running boards of my new runner and inspected the undercarriage while I was down there. This is what I found.

This is the middle of the three inboard of the runner, passenger side.
Does this mean my body mounts are completely worn out??? Or am I missing a piece??

Nope, that's how they looked new. No idea why...

I guess the middle ones are only called upon in extreme stress situations.
