Body off bumper adjustment

I purchased this monster (300lb) off road bumper on Ebay, the guy selling it said it would bolt right on and provided pics of it installed on his 2000 SR5, mine is a 1999... lo and behold its not fitting the same. I need to find a way to raise the body off the frame about .5 - 1" on the front to provide better clearance.. I dont really want to use a body lift kit when I only need a small amount of lift because I already have a 2.5" suspension lift using OME springs and Nitrocharger shocks from Toytec and my budget is slim. Can anyone recommend a realistic option? (Hocky pucks are not an option)

Also.. How many contact points are between the frame and the body? and where is the best place to lift the body from the frame after loosening them?
I was hoping I could just use some polyurethane bushings to add a little lift on the front without lifting the entire body.

If you're going to lift the front of the body, you have to lift it all. There's a guy in the classifieds selling .5" body lifts, check them out.

Solid steel, custom made at Ft Bragg... Has winch mount, light bar and front trailer hitch plus mounts for round fogs under neath.. I had these classic NOS Cibie 35 lamps.. Both white and amber
