Bolt-on a Weld-on exhaust tip?

I've found a pretty nice black chrome exhaust tip I'd like to purchase. The only kicker is that it is weld on. I need to find a way to bolt it on, if possible. Any suggestions? I want the tip, but I may end up re-working my exhaust later on and would like to reuse it. Thanks for any input!

Cut a slot near the end and put a clamp over it to clamp it over the existing exhaust tip.

Hmm, seems simple enough, and could easily be welded on later if I change the setup. Any special clamp, or just a regular hose clamp? Thanks for the tip!

Have a picture of it? You could probably slip it on, drill some holes, and use some rivits.

Most of the pics I've seen of the black chrome ones appear chrome, so IDK on that. Here is one I really like from Summitt, but I want a 3 inch out, 4" is too big IMO.
