I am having a hitch installed on my new-to-me 2008 4Runner by the folks at U-Haul. $200.00 OTD.
Mostly need a hitch receiver for a bike rack and looking at a hitch mounted cargo tray......don't plan on any towing with this rig since I have my Suburban for grunt work.
Also try the folks at Reese or Hidden hitch if you plan to install yourself.

I recently installed a Curt Manufacturing hitch, it was $130 shipped to my house. Installed it myself in about a half hour. The quality of this hitch is very nice and the welds and paint all look professional. I am going to have to do a little bit of modding to the stock 7pin wiring harness holder.....basically just need to remove it and bend it some I think.
I shopped lots of brands and price marks, and would recommend the Curt for sure. I got mine from The Hitch Store I think it was, good shipping and great customer service.....someone has a thread about them I think if you were to search for it.
