Bolt stuck. Need help!!!

Need help. I need to get a bolt off that is bolted into the front part of the frame that held the damage multiplier. I think I broke the welded bolt inside the frame loose. It turns and turns and turns but the bolt does not come out. Any suggestions to get this bolt off. I'll cut if needed but don't really know how
I'm going to do that.

Cutting the head off will be your best bet... Sawzall will be your best bet because I don't know if you have enough room to get a grinder in there with cut off wheel. If you have access to a torch you can torch the head off too

I have had luck in the past using an impact gun. Pull the trigger wide open and sometimes the speed of it spinning up will back it out even there is no resistance on the other end. That or a saw for sure. Like mentioned above.

Do you have room to drive a wedge under the washer? Sometimes tension as you turn the bolt will break it free of the loose nut.

If you're planning on reusing that bolt hole, you're going to want that nut in there. You could cut a hole in the frame, reweld the nut, then plate it closed.

Cut it. The bolts for the trailer hitch are the same way - with a poorly welded nut.

Sometimes, I try this method. Turn it to right (as if you are tightening it) and then try to loose it. Use 1/2 inch 6 sided hard steel 17 mm box socket, if possible try not to use an extension or long box socket.

Yes the Harbor Freight 4" grinderss are inexpensive but - the one I bought vibrated so badly that I actually threw it away. You could not hold onto it for more than 30 seconds. For $39 buy a Ryobi at a big box store and you'll have something you can use.

Seems like some of the advice here is not understanding your bolt is not stuck but that the welded nut on the inside of the frame has come loose. As someone suggested the ONLY way to get that of is to grind the head off. Now how to fix it is a little trickier. You could somehow weld a new nut on there. If you can get access to the other side of the frame rail, you could drill a hole and put a washer and nut on with and extension.
