Bore out wheels

Does anybody know if you can bore out the center hole of wheels? I just bought some 16" rims off of a 1997 4runner and the center hole won't fit over the middle hub. It's about an 1/8" too small. Has anybody ever bored out the center on the wheels or should I just sell these and find different ones?

If you really like them take them to a machine shop and they'll hook you up. Otherwise sell them.
