Borla Muffler Dimensions?

What are the dimensions of the Borla Muffler that is included in the Borla cat-back system?

Based on seeing that, 1) the stock exhaust tubing has nice heat shields welded onto the tubing at all locations close to the rubber hangers, and the Borla tubing does not have the heat shields and is otherwise the same dimension tubing and bends, and 2) Based on photos I have seen of Borla system on Limited trucks, I think that the tip of the Borla system sticks out a bunch, and would be very low hanging on the Trail.

I have decided to just replace the muffler and weld on a tip rather than spend the $ for a full Borla system.

So... I am trying to decide which muffler to get.

The Borla Turbo Muffler, p/n 40659, dimensions are 2.5" in let and out let, center / offset, 14" x 4-1/4" x 7-7/8". The case is 14" and the overall length is 19".

Or

Borla Turbo XL, p/n 40665, 2.5" inlet / outlet, center / offset, 19" x 4" x 9 1/2". The case is 19" and the overall length is 24".

This 40665 Turbo XL muffler would fill the void left by the 24" long stock muffler, but the Borla website says that the Turbo XL mufflers are for large displacement engines. And I would not consider 4 Liters large displacement...

The other option, which I see several people on the forums have gone with, is the Magnaflow 6612256, 18" case, 24" overall, 5"x8".

FYI for those that have not measured, stock dimensions are 24"Lx12"Wx8"H
