BOSS Coilovers + Superflex coils - thoughts?

I've got a 2003 SR5 Toyota 4Runner with Tacoma struts on it now, but looking for a larger lift, front and NOW rear.

I found a decent used set of BOSS coil overs that a forum member had on a Tacoma. I contacted Toytec, and sure enough, they will bolt on to this platform.

Included in the deal is a pair of Bilsteen 5100 extended rear shocks, which is 3-4" extended. Right now, I'm thinking of adding the Toytec Superflex coils with the extended shocks for 2" lift in rear along with the BOSS coil overs for 3" up front.

Anyone have experience with this set-up?

What would y'all do regarding UCA? It's not really in the budget, but if it's absolutely NEEDED, I can order a pair of Light Racing when i order the Superflex.

You would be fine and really enjoy that setup, the boss stuff has not been out long so those coilovers are probably very gently used.

I would advise you to stay far away from the light racing UCA's. Some have had them with no problems, but others have been through several sets with nothing but issues. There are better options out there for not much more money. And if you do the lift, do the UCA's.

If you want more opinions just search toytec boss on here and they and whatever you read will transfer over to the tacoma kit you're looking to get. Right at 3" you don't have to get UCAs but it definitely helps things out(alignment for sure) and it will drive better.
