Bought our first house

I have been gone for about a month now because of family trips and house hunting in Washington. My wife and I are moving to Spokane, WA. The military only gives us 10 days to do it and we found the right house in 4. Just to make sure my wife wouldn't want something different we looked at others after we found the one we liked. I think the part I love the most about it is that it has a 2 car garage so now I will finally be able to put my baby indoors lol. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath but is pretty large on the inside. We move in on Feb 20th and I can't wait!!!

Congrats.....My wife and I just bought our first house as well. Should be finished being built by march 20 or so...

Congrats! Nothing better than coming home after closing and knowing it is yours!!!! Bought my first one in June. Kind of depressed about how much it's value has gone down, since I retire next april and may move, but I am in a military town so I should be able to rent it out pretty easy until the market comes around if I decide to move. Girl friends house is nearly paid for, so I could live really well on my military retirement. :)

Ohhhhh , it's 0* right now and it's 60 in my garage . After having one , I will never be without.
