Brake Caliper Question

noob question here.... Looking to upgrade my brake rotors and caliper to the TBU 338mm. Just looking at cost for now until I can see for sure what I already have, but anyways. The question is what is the difference between semi-loaded and not semi-loaded? :thanks:

Semi loaded comes with new hardware, such as pins; basically everything except for the pads.
