Brake Rotors
Brakes are the only problem I've had with my '07. Warping or pulsating started about 3 months after I bought it new. Of course Toyota said I wasn't useing the brakes correctly after the third time in for brake warranty work.
I replaced all 4 corners with EBC sport rotors and green pads and now the brakes are perfect. I've had them on for about 8 months and drive in the Virginia mountain frequently. I highly recomend EBC......gottem at Pep Boys for under 500 bucks.

When it comes to toyotas I tend to shy away from OEM brake components, some people will probably disagree though. As far as what i've used aftermarket, I, like a lot of people, used brembo rotors. I first put them on my 3rd gen but those warped pretty fast, another set warped after I put some on my moms Land Cruiser and she by no means is an aggressive driver. Considering how expensive they are I have not gone that route again. I started putting napa ultra premium rotors on some cars I have worked on and so far they have been working great and I used them on the rears of my '03 too with great results. Come spring I will be putting napas on all four corners of my '05.

Do yourself a favor and buy some Napa 'Ultra-Premium' Rotors. I have yet to find anything better.
I use them on all my vehicles, they are fantastic. Extremely long lasting and the center hub area is powder coated black (or has some type of black coating) and does not rust. I've found the air vanes in the ends of the rotors resist rust very well too. Even in Wisconsin winters!

I'll also say Im not very fond of toyota OEM brake components. Ive had rotor issues on my 96 t4r and now on my 06, both times i replaced the rotors with the Napa Ultra Premiums. I put them on my 96 at around 60,000 miles I was running those same rotors @ 235,000 miles when my then future wife totaled it which "forced" my to get my 06 :fro:
