Brake fluid flush.....

Pic is of the old fluid, thought after two years, it was time for a flush(NAPA DOT 3). The pedal feel is much better afterwards. The truck has already had a new master, hoses, and wheel cylinders within the past couple years. It's nice being able to flush the brakes without removing wheels or jacking the truck up.
Just ordered a new Speedo cable from Toyota, so I'll post pics of that DIY. It looks like a long cable in some fairly tight spots. So, it should be loads of fun. ; )

People don't realize how important flushing the brake system every few years is.
Brake fluid absorbs moisture and breaks down, and since it doesn't circulate, that moisture can cause cylinders in calipwers to seize up.

I use a Motive power bleeder, makes brake bleeding simple.
