Brake help Needed

Looking for advice 04 4runner sport 190K miles.
My brake pedal is very soft going to the floor. I can pump up pressure and stop ok. Sometimes the pedal is just soft, sometimes it goes to the floor, if I pumped up the pressure recently it is usually good. All of the brake pads and rotors are ok (rear pads - one pad is thicker than the other). I have had the system bled 3 times, twice manually and once by computer. With ignition off I have pumped up the system and can hear the master cylinder kick in when I turn the ignition on. I found the rear pads were frozen in the caliper and freed them up. This has helped a little. After driving I have noticed the rear rotors were extremely hot, the front were just mildly hot. Driving on the highway and coasting to a stop the right rear rotor was extremely hot the left rear was mildly hot, the right front cool, and the left front lukewarm. The slides on the rear calipers are good and I have been told all of the piston compress fine. There are no warning lights or alarms. To the best of my knowledge the brake fluid is a clear yellow. Any help is appreciated as I can't afford to start randomly replacing parts.

It sounds like you have a frozen caliper in the rear. And need a master cylinder

Are you bleeding them in correct order? LSPV too?
Are you bleeding first with engine off, then on, then off again?

When you put your foot on the pedal do you have brakes, and then while your foot is still on the pedal does it sink to the floor, and then if you pump you get brakes again?
That's a sign of internal leakage in the MC.

Thanks for the advice. Once pumped up the pedal does not drop to the floor when holding it. I did the brakes in the correct order minus the LSPV, however I am assuming the garage I went to did that she they bled them. I went to the dealer and they are telling me it is a bad wheel bearing on the front right. It is hitting the piston on the caliper causing the soft pedal?
