Brake Indicator Light

Hello all,

My son has a 93 3.0 4Runner, 185000 miles.

The Brake Indicator Light keeps coming on.

Only when the vehicle is cold and when accelerating, the light comes on when approaching a higher RPM (2500-3500) until the vehicle shifts, then the light goes out until the next shift when the cycle repeats itself.

Anyone have any ideas what this might be ?
All fluids check out OK.

Thanks

If it's not fluid level or the parking brake switch, the only other thing connected to that light is the ABS system.

Thanks for the Information.

I also found in an online FSM that the Brake Indicator Light is also tied to the Transmission. (Something to do with torque converter lock-up).

I will keep searching.

No codes thrown as of yet.
