Brake lights not working

Brake lights aren't working. Turn signal bulbs and headlight bulbs work on each side. The brake light bulbs aren't working though.

Pulled the bulbs and they aren't blown. Pulled the fuse marked 'Tail' in the engine compartment and it's not blown.

Pulled fuse under dash marked 'Stop' and it's not blown either.

Nevermind...I'm re****ed and didn't realize that the brake light/headlight bulb has two filaments in it.
