Brake Master Cylinder Studs

1989 Toyota 4 Runner 4x4, . 4 cylinder

The Bolt Studs which hold the Master Cylinder
are severely rusted; one stud is broken short not
allowing a nut on its end, really and one is barely
in sight - broken off short due to a previous mechanic
or previous someone - braking the stud short somehow.

I understand that these Studs are a part of the Brake
Power Booster Assembly.

Could anyone here tell me if they have ever heard
of removing these studs from a used (junk yard purchase) Power Booster
or a similar solution to replace my old rusted studs ???

Any help appreciated.

Are these studs welded or pressed
Into the Brake Power Booster
Assembly. ???

Photos? You might find a replacement in the self serve yards. I'd suggest fixing it right using new parts. Brakes are even more important than engines.
