Need to replace my front and rear brakes. What site and which pads/rotors have you guys gone with and what was your experience?

My rig is heavy with armor and larger tires but when it came time for it I went with OEM. I still think they do a great job and the durability and longevity are still the best. I'm sure some of the other aftermarket pads and rotors work better but I know I can ride these ones out for a long time. I'd say if your rig is stock or mildly built I'd just go OEM.

I did new Toyota rear rotors
New Napa Altrom Front rotors (fremax from Brazil)
New Napa Adaptive One pads front and rear
For the rears learn how to back off the parking brake shoes inside the rotor so you can remove the rear rotor. A BFH is not the solution here. Turn the star wheel down to loosen and up to tighten, I think...
I was chasing a steering wheel wobble under braking. Long story short. Get quality parts and do the job once.
The dealership I bought my used 2015 from put cheap pads on the oringinal toyota rotors.
I have about 4500 miles on this set up and like it. No squeaks, no vibrations and it stops just fine.
Adding, I buy my OEM parts from BAMwholesale.
Do you have any break screeching when you first start driving in the morning?

This. Except I used centric rotors. Braking totally changed. OEM was almost undealable with the lack of initial bite and then the way it would kick in 100% and test your seatbelts if you tried to brake hard at all. Doing 70 mph on the highway, I can't stand for that to happen even once or twice a trip by mistake. I only get that emergency braking assist now in a real emergency situation. Otherwise it's controllable and linear.

Yep. Akebono pads and Centric premium rotors are my go to combo. Both are good quality that perform well and aren't very expensive. As a bonus the Akebono pads do not require a break in procedure.

Another for centric rotors. I forget what pads I have but they're quality ones. Rotors are slotted and drilled, probably not necessary, but I have absolutely no complaints about the stopping power. It's amazing and I love it much more than OEM. When my semi built rig is loaded down with camping gear and people and dogs, I feel safe. OEM worked, but it wasn't the safest option IMO. Plus, since I would drive up and down steep mountain roads to over 9000 ft pretty often when loaded down, it warped the OEM rotors past the point of being able to turn and cut them to reuse. And before anyone says anything, yes that was in 1st and 2nd gear also using the engine to brake.

How is the dust ?? I’ve seen people complaining about the dust with those specifically on 5th gens.

No dust after I drove around 50 miles today. I just placed them last sat and they are good so far, not many miles though.

+1 OEM from Toyota of Dallas online parts store. Was amazingly easy. I honestly think I did all 4 corners in an hour once the wheels were off. Very happy to see how straightforward Toyota designed this brake systems. 65k miles on original set.
