Brake pads - OEM vs Aftermarket

It is time to replace front pads. What is better OEM or Aftermarket pads? A poll for this would be interesting if someone wants to post one...

Toyota designs their brakes with all kinds of little anti-squeak parts, and if you don't put them all back in when you switch the pads, they'll squeak. Some come with the new pads, but some need to come off the old pads.

For the best chances of quiet brakes, I'd stay with OEM.

Not true. I use these pads on every car/trunk I own. They are awesome! Low break dust, no squeeling, etc...
