Brakes work fine but I notice a slight pulsation on the brake pedal. Could the rotors be warped? Its a 2000 Limited. 122,000 miles so far.

Likely is the case. Brakes are a piece of cake. Pull the wheel, pull the caliper, rotor comes right off. Replace the pads while you're at it, and if you have the money, why not replace the calipers, too?
Advance Auto Parts has discount codes floating around (google it) of up to 40% off. Break up your order into multiple orders for max savings. I did the Tundra big-brake upgrade for about $250 after cores, that's new calipers, rotors, and pads.

Wish I'd known that. Last wknd I did the TBU and spent nearly 400$. Granted I did get the top of the line lifetime warranty rotors n such.

not to derail this thread, but those of you who did the TBU, does it give you a better pedal feel? I HATE my soft pedal.

Mine is much more firm. But the hardware I replaced was in terrible shape. I would've called mine a dangerously soft pedal.

Yes, it is much better. My stock were spongy and I needed to push almost all the way down, only to get a shaky stop.
With the new setup, and a good bleed, i barely touch my pedal and braking starts. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't tried it.
As for the Advance codes, check out retailmenot.com They had a 40% off $100 or more the other day and I got rotors/pads for my brother's 97, new LC rear shocks for me, and wiper blades for mine and my wifes 98s for $130. Hell of a deal.
