Brake problems... Help

No way to tell by looking at it. Except that I dont get the whole drilled rotor thing on a utility vehicle. Do you possibly have a frozen caliper piston? I'd blame the rotors for your problem, but I would also blame the cause of them prematurely warping on a bad caliper or bad pad seating.

you cant tell if they are warped just by looking.
though, I doubt they are actually warped. most likely uneven friction material buildup. often caused by a bad, or non existent break in process.
the rotors can be resurfaced to solve this. however if you go that route, I would STRONGLY recommend to replace the pads at the same time.
even at only 5000 miles, the pads have worn into the rotor. once the rotors has been resurfaced, it will be perfectly flat and true. you want the pads to be the same.
you might be able to get away with sanding the pads against a perfectly flat background.

Personally I would just replace the pads and rotors after I confirmed I didn’t have any seized caliper pistons.
Keep it simple but by decent stuff… Centric Premium rotors and Akebono brake pads turned out to be a great combo on my trucks.
Just my personal opinion but I would never buy a cross-drilled or slotted rotor unless it came with the car as original equipment… Porsche, AMG Benz, CTS-V, or any other high performance sports car. Those things are often times 2 piece rotors and made the right way. Anyone who machines a rotor from a blank after its been manufactured and heat treated isn’t ideal… it’s never ended well for me from past experience.
Even if was the same price, I’d take a regular blank over a “fancy” rotor that has been post processed.

Warped, doubtful. Did you actually bed in the new pads or just slap everything together and start driving? Getting the rotors resurfaced then properly bedding them with new pads would likely solve your problem. You might be able to get by with very aggressively hitting the rotors with one of the DIY scotchbrite systems (a poor man's resurfacing) then bedding.
Best bet though is to ditch the crossdrilled rotors and get new pads too.

problem solved...bad cheap rotors
So I decided to get a brand new pair of front oem rotors for only $70 each. The oem pads still had a lot of life left so I didn’t replaced those. The shaking has stopped at high speed. Looks like it was those cheap Ebay rotors. It was on my car for only a day and it warped. Must have been defective. Never buy cheap ebay rotors no matter how great the deal is. Not worth the time and money you waste, same thing with control arms!

its the slot cutting on the rotor. the pictures shows the slots are all the way to the edge of rotor.
most slotted rotor i see the cut is not all the way to the edge like that.
