brake rotor differences? 90-92

I am looking for new rotors for my '90, but I am finding variances in the listings for the parts. Some vendors list rotora to fit 85 to 93, some have more specific fitment ranges, like 90-92.

What are the differences between these rotors? What problems could I run into? I am looking for slotted or drilled scince I am getting new ones anyway. Mine are warped.

I am familiar with general brake systems, just wondering if there are any year-specific things I need to know?

79-80 and 81-85 rotors are solid, 86-95 (pre-Taco) are vented.
Only difference I am aware of.
