Brake up grade

2003 tundra front calipers S13WL on my 2000 4runner.
So sweet now. I feel a little bit more travel with the brake peddle,
but its all there when you need them.
It took all of two hours $400 well worth it

Other than the pedal travel, I can totaly relate on the TBU. An upgrade that seems well worth the time and cash. I'm guessing that since it cost $400 that you got calipers from a parts store. Did you take your old ones back to get the core charge back?

do you have stock rims that fit the calipers? or do you have aftermarket rims?

sounds like a pretty easy swap if you take your time and have a garage.

it was below zero last night and a high of like maybe 10 deg so I WILL NOT be changing for the upgrade at this time.

I have stock rims, and had to grind them. That took the most time.

I didn't have any contact issues with my factory wheels
5 spoke 2000 limited wheels. I went to carquest a local parts store
I took the cores back to receive the $110 core refund.
