brake vibration

greetings,
New tires with balance.
new rotors on both sides on front.
continued vibration when braking as though the rotors are warped.
I don't drive the truck fast and at all cost avoid sudden braking.
what have I missed?? could there be something in the steering system causing this??
225,000 miles 4 cylinder, 2 wheel drive 1996 model

Have you checked your ball joints and tie rod ends?

thanks for the replay.
no I have not checked those parts, but as old as the truck is I'm sure they should be replaced. what should I be looking for per those parts wearing out??
