Brake, VSC Off, VSC Trac, ABS Lights

Whenever my 02 4runner is driven in heavy rain, either during or soon after, the BRAKE, VSC OFF, VSC TRAC, and ABS Lights come on and remain on for 45 minutes to an hour. Then when the weather dries up, the lights go out. Dealer, after scanning the computer, replaced the right rear wheel sensor and master cylinder, then upon another visit after lights continue to come on used di-electric grease on the connection for the wheel sensor, however the lights continue to come on only after driving in the rain. Vehicle has 39,000 miles on it. Any ideas/diagnosis? When the lights are on, are the VSC TRAC system and ABS system inoperable?

something's wrong with the computer inside of your car. check your MAF sensor because it's really sensitive.
