Brakes dragging front left. HELP

Its a 1995 w/ rear ABS only. The brakes drag gets worse and worse as I drive it eventually it will completely lock down the left front wheel. Took it to a shop mechanic found one of the caliper piston completely shot.Replaced the caliper($104). Still same problem.Then replaced MC.

So did replacing the M/C cure the problem?
