Brakes for '04

what are we talking about when we speak of "brakes"?

pads, rotors, calipers, lines?

When I was shopping for them every local parts store (five stores) had them so then I just bought on price.

I would have used the Toyota OEM but Partznet gave me the wrong pads and didn't have the right ones in stock. The truck was up on stands with the wheels off and nothing left on the old pads so I had to go aftermarket. The aftermarket ones were much cheaper in price.

I have used Napa's ceramic or even semi ceramic on a variety of vehicles from Mustangs to Jeeps (we do Jeep brakes everyday) and haven't had a problem. I would recommend them if you are willing to go aftermarket.

Pads and rotors. I dont want to get OEM because I have heard tehy warped againg so I'd rather go aftermarket.
