My 98 4runner pulls hard to left when braking cold. Has anyone experienced this problem?

could be a seized caliper. common issue on the 4th gens, IDK about the third. Does any wheel seem especially hot?

No wheel are getting overheated it pulls when engine is cold and does not when it warms up. Calipers appear to be free and have no leaks.
