Brakes sticking?

Hi, I'm new here, I have a 2000 4runner limited, I bought it a year ago and noticed when the weather is cold, the initial start it seems as though the brakes sticks, it seems to be the brakes but i don't know for sure. Can anyone share some insight? Thanks in advance!

I seemed to have the same problem, i'm new here too. I'd like to hear some ideas. Only really happened after i shifted from reverse to drive or sometimes when i stopped for more than 10 seconds at a stop light; then it would require more gas to get going and it would jerk forward. It kind of went away recently though.
