I used standard Autozone Duralast pads and rotors. I think it was about $50 for everything. Stops at least as well as stock and the vibration while braking is gone. Not saying these Duralasts are best. I think Brembo is much higher quality but you pay a lot for it. Wagner brake parts are a good buy at a reasonable price. Powerslots suck.

I like the plain jane Brembo rotors
I've had my plain Brembo rotors (not slotted or drilled) for about 2 years now. No problems with warping whatsoever. They were cheaper than replacement Yota rotors. Auto Parts Warehouse or one of it's associated affiliates perhaps Brake Warehouse, has good prices and free shipping-which could add up for something heavy like rotors.
For pads I went with what the dealership called "upgrade OEM pads" on my 99 which I believe became "standard pads" on 00-02s.
Verify your rears are doing their fair share of the stopping...good time to bleed the fluid and replace.
