Break-In

Hey guys, i just picked up my 4R last nite and its soooo sweet! it only had 10 miles on it. The manual is pretty vague in how to break-in the engine. the only thing i really took from the manual's explanation was that i have to be careful for the first 1,000 miles. Anything else?

there is a thread about this, but in a nutshell it varies. minimum requirement would be what is stated in the owner's manual.
