I'll bite.

To begin with, your tone and nature of all of your posts after the initial are going to turn people off. If someone incorrectly thinks that your wanted to put a Nissan engine in your moms 4R, maybe explain what you aim to do, instead of hurling insults and being childish, especially at some of the more prominent members here.

Secondly, on to your question I think what you are asking is if you can flip the exhaust manifolds over, which I do not believe is possible without significant modification. The bolts won't line up and I believe when I had my engine apart, the middle exhaust port is slightly closer to one end or the other, not centered up. I already tossed the old iron manifolds, otherwise I could verify for certainty.

Swap a 2zj or 1uz/2uz - both of them bolt to the A340 trans in an auto 4Runner with the right parts.

Those are your cost effective options.

Twin turbo will take up a lot of real estate. The stock bottom end of a 5vzfe is good to about 500 crank hp from what I've seen. If u swap in forged Pistons could probably go more. Single turbo will probably be fine. I think treadstone makes all the components to build turbo manifolds, or go cx racing manifolds. I would also install a thicker head gasket to bring down the compression a little. 3 to 350 at the wheels would be reasonable numbers to shoot for without spending a ton of money and labor on the stock block. I've taken my supercharged 5vz about as far as I can, next step is turbo, but I'm bowing out from the 3rd Gen 4runner so those plans are out.
