First major snowfall of the year is on it's way! It is times like this I love having my 4runner. It is such a capable vehicle. Although it also means I might be the only one able to make it to the office tomorrow and that means more work for me.

I hate you.

Even though this is the 3rd Gen section, I couldn't help but comment. I'm so excited too! We've been waiting, as I'm sure you guys have as well :) This is gonna be fun!

I wish I could muster up as much enthusiasm as you guys in anticipation of the snow.
Instead I'll put a battery in my old 1 ton Pwr Wagon with the blade on it and after I get her running, plow my way 1 mile out of the woods to get to the main road.

Anyone here ever put a plow on a T4R ?

I thought about it but then had 2nd thoughts in regard to the front end of my t4r would not be sprung heavy enough to carry the extra weight, would lose some ground clearance from the plow harness and T4R front ends are not as heavy in stock condition as I would feel comfortable with.

Yeah, I can't see that going well, especially with stock suspension.:lookout:

We leave tomorrow night from San Jose headed through most of the same storms path to end up in Omaha, Ne... You'll be seeing plenty of pictures of my truck in the powder.

being in kc mo, expected 1-3 inches. and working for a snow removal crew. looks like ill be going out tonight clearing front stoops and steps to 168 duplexes... better get my nap in before 3 am... FML

Just blew 10" off the driveway, and it's still coming down in blankets. Gotta get out in it!

I'm in the NW suburbs of Chicago and it's raining here. We're supposed to get nailed tonight though, and I have to go out and plow. Looking forward to some serious plowing $$$$.

Yeah, it's very wet, heavy stuff. Fairly dangerous, actually...as the wind is supposed to really come up. Looking forward to lots of busted trees around here. Luckily our power lines are buried.
