No, the harness is not that hard as long as you have a basic understanding of what's going on. I didn't before, but I do now. You'll probably want to use the stock motor harness and computer for the 1UZ, so the only tricky bit is integrating the dash and body harness so you have things like fuel pump and tachometer and check engine light and all that noise. That's pretty easy stuff if you have the wiring schematics for both trucks, and lots and lots of crayons. If I had any specific advice it would be to keep it simple and don't change direction to an aftermarket DIY engine computer halfway through the swap!
