Broken bolt removal

A bolt broke when I was taking out my intake manifold. This bolt is the only thing keeping me from getting everything back together. I tried vice grips and WD40 and stripped the outside of the bolt. What should I do? :redbrick: any help is appreciated.

Weld a bolt to it. Drill it out a little smaller than the hole size and tap out the rest. Maybe easy out before the tap idea. Spray with more wd40, grind the sides down to be able to put a wrench on it. Sorry to hear this, and good luck with this. Keep posted with results.

Use a dremel cutoff wheel to cut a slot in it, then use a cordless impact, or screwdriver to see if you can get it out.

Almost put that on there. If you have a hammer impact, you can use it with what Jeremy said to do.

the best way to get a frozen broken bolt out is to grind it flat , heat the bolt with a torch red hot then cool it fast with water , drill a hole in the center and use a easy out and it will come right out .
